Game Schedule
2016 Cal South Golden Valley Soccer League
The game schedule will be published one week before the start of the season.
Golden Valley Soccer League in a new Cal South sanctioned fall season gaming league based in the City of Bakersfield. The league will offer boys and girls U9 to U19 age groups.
When: The fall season will begin on September 10 and end by November 12nd. Playoffs will begin by November 19 and end by December 3rd.
Where: The location of the games will be primarily at the Kern County Soccer Park, and other surrounding venues.
Format: The league format will be round robin (min. 8 games). The top 4 teams in final league standings advance to the playoffs. Teams will be seeded 1 to 4 in the semifinal game (1v4, 2v3). The winners of the semifinal match advanced to the Championship game.
Awards: Team Trophy awarded to the Champions and Finalists in each division. Individual player medals will be awarded to the Champions and Finalist in each division.
Team Entry Fees:
U09 to U10 - $275 per team. Paid online under team application.
U11 to U19 - $350 per team. Paid online under team application.
Field Rental Fees:
U09 to U10 - $125 per team. Paid online under team application.
U11 to U19 - $250 per team. Paid online under team application.

Team Eligibility: All participating clubs and teams must be in Good Standing with Cal South and registered as a Competitive team for the 2016-2017 Fall Season.
Coaches and Team Admin Requirement: All rostered team coaches must be in Good Standing with Cal South and posses their “E” Coaching license certification and approved Risk Management. All rostered team administrators must be in Good Standing with Cal South and possess a minimum of a “F” Coaching license certification and approved Risk Management.
